      IDC Blend360 prioritizes IIT graduates in compensation, offering starting salaries to fresh hires that significantly exceed those from other universities. Sometimes the salary of fresh hires from IIT exceed those of experienced Lead-level employees, creating a demotivating environment that undervalues experienced talent and could lead to low morale and talent loss.
