      Pros

      The company is incredibly innovative and entrepreneurial. It moves fast, which creates a lot of opportunity to take ownership, try new ideas, and make a real impact. There’s a strong sense of momentum and ambition that makes it an exciting place to work. Great opportunity to work with so many very smart people that are deep into AI.

      Cons

      The fast pace can also be overwhelming at times. As the company has grown quickly, some of the tools and operational processes haven’t fully kept up, which can create friction in day-to-day work. Consulting is of course always more than 9 to 5.

      Work with great people, on cutting e technology for Fortune 1,000 companies. Interesting Use cases with offices and clients in the US, Europe and Latin America

      Cons

      A fast growing AI services company is not for everyone . Work is not always 9-5 and at times extra hours are needed to deliver for the customer or learn new skills. Technology is changing fast and in order to do well one most be self motivated. Its Blends job to provide learning opportunities and it's the team members job to stay current.

      Incredibly talented and knowledgeable colleagues — you're constantly learning just by being in conversation with others Collaborative team environment where people genuinely support each other and step up when needed Forward-thinking company with a real emphasis on AI and how it can improve the way teams work Exposure to a wide variety of industries and types of work keeps things interesting and builds your skillset quickly

      The pace can be demanding, and the nature of the work requires a high level of adaptability, which can be exciting but also overwhelming at times
