1. Micro management 2. Repetitive work with no growth 3. Lots of office politics especially during promotion 4. No work life balance - expected to work all day and be available all day at the laptop - If you're awake you have to work 5. Skipped meals many days due to the amount of work 6. Worked overnights and on weekends many times with no appreciation, it is expected for them 11. management is very hard for accidental mistakes, but 0 appreciation for good work - they rarely give hifis, that also once the project is competed, and if you're stuck in a big project - good luck Switching was the best choice I made
