      - Fast-growing business which brings periods of internal change (not always a con, but can be admin heavy across some operational factors)

      Pros

      1) Work-life balance is great for a consultancy, Rarely exceed my 9-5. 2) Senior management are keen to improve, and have made great efforts to ensure words are actioned. 3) My colleagues are all personable, professional, proficient and highly skilled. 4) Company ethos and motivations are good, and pathway is clear 5) Transparency from an operational stand point is fantastic 6) Has a fairly robust conscious when it comes to accepting work

      Cons

      1) Whilst Europe has autonomy to operate how it sees fit presently, i would be concerned if this would be removed 2) Concerning diversity levels in senior management at Blend US
