      1. The company is filled with exceptionally talented people - credits to the hiring process to select the best talents. Being with such talented people help you grow as well 2. The team is closely knit, celebrations over milestones ensure that the whole team is like one community where everyone knows one another and not small chunks of multiple groups. 3. The leadership is very encouraging and supportive of innovations. They welcomes new ideas and allows you to work on them apart from regular project delivery. 4. The company has a great vision and ambition and the growth reflects the same.

      Cons

      As a hypergrowth company in its nascent stages, the policies are still evolving. There seem to be some pay gaps and some bias related to alma mater.

      Pros

      Great culture with super approachable leadership who always keep their ears to the ground and lead by example! Bright and helping team members with a good mix of competition and collaboration fostered in them, A place that makes you feel like family in a professional environment!

      Cons

      As we are growing, there are some hiccups on the way! After much nitpicking, I realized that the only thing that needs improvement is our coffee bean vendor :)
