Pros

Free food at times and they don't cut the pizza slices in half. Health Benefits are affordable (currently).

Cons

Pay attention to all the negative reviews because they are true. It doesn't feel as though Leadership has any idea what they're doing. They constantly overpromise and under deliver at the expense of the patient-facing employees. It's miserable working here. Mediocrity is the standard. As long as you show up every day, you are on time and don't fall asleep at your desk, your job is secure. Infrastructure is a homemade software that they are building as we are using it. Basic, quality of life features are non-existent because no one in the c-suite advocated that somebody with retail pharmacy experience be involved in its creation and execution. Management seems like they're all execs that come from various tech companies trying to apply their tech knowledge to a pharmacy. The Founders like to call us a young company but they're secretly a bunch of Boomers who pray to the gods of Capitalism. They eliminated work from home except for a few lucky people who got grandfathered in. No option for Hybrid. However, say there's a power outage, then they are more than happy to have everyone work from home! Besides the positions that must abide by state pharmacy laws and be onsite, everything can be done remotely. Rather than give bonuses for our hard work we get food. The only bonus you can get here is if you refer someone and who wants to subject their friends to this environment? Favoritism is rampant and you will be micromanaged within an inch of your life. There are spreadsheets and trackers and assignments to make sure every second of your day is accounted for. Zero career opportunities. There is no career here. There is no culture here. This is a punch in/punch out job that comes with crying in your car to and from work. Since you can't be remote you'll have plenty of time during your commute to question all your life choices.

Pros

- great mission that attracts smart and passionate engineers

Cons

- most engineers become disenchanted within a year due to poor management. very high attrition rate, even for a startup - short term deadline driven culture with little focus on quality leading to constant production support and bug fixing. expect to do overnight on call support duty - if you're a new engineer you'll pick up more bad programming habits than good ones. if you're experienced you'll be bored and frustrated

Pros

None really at this point in time. Just working with the other IC designers, which are all gone, except one now.

Cons

Working in design and product was very difficult for growth. The design manager doesn't help you grow, can bully you at times, make up behavior to make himself look good. It isn't a good place to be. There never was support and that is part of the managers job, but if anything you are always being attacked even when you are doing a good job and your other colleagues see it. There is no process, designers are handled as consultants vs really being a strategic partner. They will tell you to work only on features and try to sell you on a vision but no great work really gets done here. Work is putting out fires a lot of the time, which is fine from time to time - but not always. I blame this on management and product. As designer we have tried to push ideas but always got pushed back and never done. The design manager will also make up work, have us do it, and it wouldn't be useful once we actually get eyes on it. If we went ahead with designs and worked closely with users to ensure we're building right, the manager will take it upon himself and not let you move forward with it or take control of it. This then pushes you out of the project and has happened to every designer on the team. I wouldn't recommend joining the design team for anyone they are reaching out to. At least not under current management. They have also removed my last review, which is sketchy so reposting again.
