      - Micro management: Daily review of work in progress and performance, constant questions on why things are done a certain way, no flexibility - Lack of direction - No appreciation, promotions or bonuses - No room for new ideas or feedback - They say its a 360 degree review process, however you cannot review your manager - No visibility into company funding, performance or revenue - No 401k match - Went from unlimited PTO to 15 days PTO
