- CEO and COO haven't run a tech company before. If you thought they're hire smart people to help them, you'd be half right. They've made some great hires, clashed with them, and pushed them out in short order. They've also made some incredibly poor hires that accelerated the problems.
- Extreme drama at all times, stemming from the founders and upper management.
- Toxic culture. Leadership using slurs, talking poorly about people with medical conditions, disregard for blatantly lying with marketing and promotional materials. Pretty scary.
- Unrealistic expectations - employees were expected to work through holidays to hit arbitrary deadlines or to solve problems caused by leadership thrash or some shiny new idea
- Glassdoor manipulation - I saw HR employees discussing how to get negative reviews taken down, or what new employees could be pushed into writing reviews.
