Pros

Daily catered lunch and health benefit

Cons

Upper management keep us out of the loop in regards to what was going on within the company. They fire people for no reason because everyone is "at will." I would be extremely careful if applying to this place. This company makes false promises that they can't keep. There is no room for advancement.

Pros

Upper-end of the salary range, especially for the more suburban areas. Free lunches provide a good social time. Offices and equipment are better than most places.

Cons

Politically, rather than technically, driven decisions made by management while pretending to do what's best for the business. Becoming more like the negatives of Amazon's culture every day.

Pros

- Amazing individual contributors - High turnover means you'll get to work with tons of amazing people, even during your (hopefully) short tenure - People might think you work for Blink Fitness and will ask for workout tips

Cons

- CEO and COO haven't run a tech company before. If you thought they're hire smart people to help them, you'd be half right. They've made some great hires, clashed with them, and pushed them out in short order. They've also made some incredibly poor hires that accelerated the problems. - Extreme drama at all times, stemming from the founders and upper management. - Toxic culture. Leadership using slurs, talking poorly about people with medical conditions, disregard for blatantly lying with marketing and promotional materials. Pretty scary. - Unrealistic expectations - employees were expected to work through holidays to hit arbitrary deadlines or to solve problems caused by leadership thrash or some shiny new idea - Glassdoor manipulation - I saw HR employees discussing how to get negative reviews taken down, or what new employees could be pushed into writing reviews.
