      Pros

      Management puts in the effort to ensure employees feel supported and heard. Management always ensures work is evenly distributed amongst the team. Quick to hire new employees when they see a need and work becomes overwhelming for the existing team. Taking time off is not frowned upon, always encouraged to take time when needed. Mental health is a big focus here. Great vacation benefits and lots of perks and fun activities. Decent health benefits.

      Great Pay, Excellent Benefits, Employees are treated with common courtesy, human dignity and respect- YOU are important to Blink and our patients!! YOU matter and you become apart of the Blink work/family and are not just a number. The Blink Team really shows their appreciation to each other and everyone is so kind to each other!! I hope to to be here for many, many years as this is the BEST PLACE TO WORK!!!

      Pros

      While we are on a mission to improve patient lives, as an employer, Blink encourages employees to recommend / suggest how employee & candidate experience can be made better / processes can be streamlined / multi location & cross team collaboration is encouraged. As a team, real time recognition is encouraged and practised. Leadership is available for conversations. I am also amazed with the support & the solution mindset of the teams, when a query is raised. This in itself is a secret sauce to Ideate --> Learn --> Grow
