      Patients are truly being helped

      Pros

      Felt compelled to write review after hearing a patients CX call during our company All Hands. The patient was nearly in tears on how much she saved going through Blink Health. It’s those moments that remind me why I chose to work here.

      Cons

      We lost a few solid engineers to FAANG’s last month. Would like to understand managements plan to retain top employee’s.

      Pros

      Blink Health is a fast-paced work environment where there is never a dull day. The managers are super helpful and genuinely want you to be the best version of yourself at work. There is always an opportunity for learning and growth. I recently transitioned to the Talent Team and the management at Blink cheered me as furthered my career. Within my 2 years at Blink, I have seen how communication and transparency has increased. Blink encourages all of their employees to ask question and creates space for important conversations company wide.

      Cons

      Because Blink Health moves at a fast pace, naturally some goals aren't met but with an understanding management, things are back on track in no time. Diversity is another thing I think Blink could work on. Blink had made strides in continuing the conversation. The Diversity and Inclusion Council does a great job of making all cultures feel seen and heard.

      Pros

      I’ve been here for over 2 years now and have seen a lot of change for the better. We’re in a good place to be profitable, we helped more patients than ever in 2020 and closed some key partnerships (ie Walmart).

      Cons

      The company does not invest enough (if any) in PR & communications. I barely have any material to send my colleagues if I want to refer them. Only outdated articles. We need a dedicated team to build out Blink Health’s online brand externally
