      Pros

      We recently brought on some pretty strong leaders both on the tech side & healthcare side from notable companies.

      Cons

      You have to be comfortable working in autonomous environments since it’s a start-up. Also, no end of year cash bonuses. Upside is the quarterly performance review process makes up for that. People get promoted fast when doing good work.

      Pros

      Blink is experiencing a tremendous amount of growth right now, so it's an exciting time to be here. That said, Blink is still small enough that there's not a lot of bureaucracy so meaningful change can happen quickly. Leadership supports big ideas and rewards employees for their hard work. The company really cares about employee feedback and strives to constantly improve for employees and customers!

      Cons

      Blink is a startup, so a lot of processes and programs are still being worked out and launched, but we're getting there. There's a lot of meaningful work to be done, which translates into long hours.
