      - None, pay used to be one, even that has been reduced now.

      Cons

      - Micromanagement - Unrealistic goals/timelines - No focus on quality work, only quantity matters - Leaders don't get along well - Poor planning overall - People are treated as robots, you are expected to work at any time your manager wants

      There are only two pros about this company. - free food - competitive salary

      Cons

      - No transparency from top to bottom - No collaboration between team member - No one is motivated to work there due to micromanagement. People are scared to take vacation days because they are scared that company will fire them. This mainly due to founders who don't believe in work-life balance. - You will never know how the company is doing financially. - This is basically Theranos 2.0. Be careful before joining.
