The blip's culture is based on a "second home" environment, so I feel like we are like a family. We have free food, games and places to relax, friendly and relaxed environment, no dress code, Pilates and free English classes so you can improve your skills, communities and teams budget available.
Cons
By hiring new people and increasing the number of employees sometimes feels that the culture is being lost. It's the problem of every company when is growing.
