Pros

- You learn a lot. Their Training programs are very good - Easygoing staff - Payment is nice and benefits are quite OK - Mentoring and advice is remarkably good. -Very competitive atmosphere. Stats and metrics.

Cons

- Employees metrics could be improved and made them more fair. - Quality comes only from surveys from customers. Quite hardcore. - You have to find a way to "outsmart" the ladder system for internal progression.

Pros

Blizzard is the industry leader when it comes to AAA titles. If you're the best of the best, Blizzard wants you!

Cons

Due to the high number of media leaks, we take secrecy very seriously. We're no where near as bad as Apple. But sometimes the wall of silence interferes with cross team communications.
