      Pros

      * Great android dev culture. Many experienced android devs. Quick to adopt latest technology. Foundation teams dedicated to things like design system and build system. * Doesn't seem particularly great outside of android dev e.g. apparently complicated ember web codebase * Easy to get experience interviewing even as a relatively junior dev (it's actually heavily encouraged) * Remote-first. Very flexible with schedule * Opportunity for greenfield dev with latest and greatest tech depending on team

      Cons

      * more difficult to get promoted than hired at a given level * Stock doing poorly * Meals aren't provided at offices

      * Culture is amazing, inclusive, very diverse. * Great work-life balance. * Team is awesome! Autonomous. * People are passionate about what they do. * Pro-active self organizing environment. * CEO is an exceptional individual with great vision and emotional intelligence.

      Cons

      * Not a clear set of tasks to work on. You are given a big project, and its on you to split it into smaller easier to digest tasks.
