Pros

Good work from home policies and good ma/paternity benefits. I believe is headed for long term solvency and larger market share. Good for equity holders.

Cons

The company has taken the turn away from growth and into profitability. With that has come the decision to forego a health work culture for one that values over performance pared with underpay.

- The people. You work with some of the nicest/smartest people that want you to succeed.

Cons

-Bad management — core is out of touch and does not have a vision. Lots of confusion with constant reshuffling/layoffs. -Employees are burnt out. -Hard to move to another role or go up after reaching a certain level. - Pay is not competitive, declining benefits
