If you want challenges and growth its not here. Lucky to get new creatives to test in 6 weeks even if its just a copy change - Favoritism is a thing depending on team - Given the flat org, once you hit a certain level there isn't much room to grow your career

Cons: • Leadership and company culture don’t always align with the values they promote. For example: • Empathy: Some interactions during the interview process lacked basic engagement and respect, which felt at odds with the company’s commitment to this value. • Transparency: It was evident the position had already been filled before my interview, but this was not communicated. This lack of openness diminished trust in the process. • Innovation: Suggestions for thinking outside the box during a role-play exercise were dismissed outright, which seemed contradictory to Block’s emphasis on creativity. • Knowledge Gaps: One of the interviewers did not know how to answer when asked how they foster a positive company culture. This is a red flag, as fostering culture is fundamental to a company’s leadership and values.
