Square, Block, Inc. engages in systematic censorship of whistleblowers and merchant complaints, suppressing legitimate concerns about fraud, account termination, and civil rights violations. I authored a fact-based consumer review detailing misconduct, and it was removed by Trustpilot on Square’s demand — violating my First Amendment right to free speech and petition. Square’s internal teams ignored my legal correspondence, even as I filed a certified UCC-3 lien (NY DOS Filing #202507238372594) documenting their indebtedness, breach of commercial contract, and statutory banking violations. I have also lodged claims under state and federal securities laws for material nondisclosures and retaliatory deplatforming. Business owners, especially those from historically marginalized communities, beware: Square perpetuates a form of digital Jim Crow redlining, quietly targeting entrepreneurs with arbitrary account freezes and platform silencing.

Leadership live in a bubble and very toxic. They have no long terms strategies and constantly changing direction. No empathy and layoffs are constant. Culture is toxic and has employees working against one another. Revolving door - Subconscious bais at the top levels and very limited diversity. Hispanic Black and Eastern Asian not represented at top levels. Hunger games environment where leadership live in the capital and work the sectors long hours without any appreciation.
