I’ve had really good managers that cared in the begining

Cons

It’s so hard to report or go above people and i had so many managers in one year. I had one manager that tried his best to get me out of there but my numbers were good. After reporting him and having no luck from his manager or HR and life changes going on I quit. I wanted to stay so bad but the manager was horrid. At one point of time 5 of us reporting him and nothing happened.

Good pay, good atmosphere in London office, Clearpay is doing well.

Cons

"Rock Star" CEO/founder is clueless, weird and keeps making hundreds of people redundant, then wonders why his company isn't performing. London feels a long way from the company headquarters in San Francisco.
