      Pros

      Block is a great place to learn a lot and apply them immediately on projects. You are constantly being challenged to play with new tools, learn new concepts to try to stay innovative and move fast.

      Cons

      Square and Cash App are great products that people don't really use. The future is a little uncertain. A POS and banking app are not things that are worth switching over unless there is a significant benefit which neither provide. If you are a restaurant and using toast or a chase/zelle banking customer, there are little incentives for you to make the switch to buy a Square terminal or start using cash app.
