Block reviews

I love Block, and I'm a bit biased due to my experience, so take that as you will. However, I've had such an excellent time working here. The benefits are amazing, the pay is fair, and the culture is what I look for: supportive, open, free, and accepting. I'm neurodiverse, and the communities Block harbors are SO valuable. Not to mention one can really build a career here, if they work hard. I started with no degree in a customer service role, and worked my way up through role after role-- it's been an insanely good learning experience, and I can use what I learn anywhere-- I hope it's at Block, though.
