Full of your typical woke leftist tech employees. DEI is very active here and consequently hard to progress unless you're in a "marginalised group". The company values DEI over merit, resulting in many mediocre hires. Many workers lazy and entitled. Company is very intolerant to any political views that don't match the leftist narrative.

- No clue how to operate as a large company - No product vision - Engineering is rehashing things over and over. Still debating whether to have CI/CD. - Tons of custom frameworks/tools especially in the devX/infra space that are inferior to 3rd party tools. - Poor eng culture, very bottoms up, so information is never consistent
