Pros

Very helpful people, open to full-remote work, the company has the right size to find interesting stuff to work on while not being a wear-all-hats startup.

Cons

Pay has decreased substantially with stock price. Company is trying to tighten its budget to appease shareholders and that means more strict yearly reviewing. It's losing some talent to other companies.

Cons

Stock price plummets sometimes. But so it does everywhere in fintech, and they try to give out more to meet their comp expectations.
