- Endless reorgs and changes in priorities - Leadership is always obsessed with the latest new, exciting technology (for now it's AI) - Constant turnover of management - Heavy performance management, including tracking PR counts and AI token usage - Layoffs every year, including a shocking 40% reduction in 2026 - Combination of stack ranking and layoffs destroyed the great culture
