Pros

They fairly compensate, very good health care, and there seems like there is room for career growth. I also believe in their mission, which is hard to say about other fin-tech companies.

Cons

Overall, I don't have any major downsides to talk about. They have matched or exceeded my expectations and I have recommended friends that have got offers to join as well.
