* Autonomy at Cash App * Some really stellar people - some of the most empathetic staff/principal engs I've ever met * Better gender parity in engineering than anywhere I've ever been * Passionate, motivated people who show up every day and insist on better

Cons

* Accountability at Cash App * Some real dirtbags too * Growing pains, ouch. Please no more m&as until we get it together. Our culture is broken
