The people are friendly, communicative, and collaborative Lots of products to make an impact on You can get lucky and end up on some really great teams I&D work is great

Cons

Crypto took over the place and it seems counter what the company's mission has always been Clear favoritism for certain projects and teams... valuable, mainstay products feel under-appreciated Management has this vision for connecting all these disparate parts of the company, but doesn't put enough resources into making that technically feasible
