Pros

Customer service growth and experience were definite pros of the job. Bonds between coworkers were very apparent.

Cons

The environment was not up to professional standards as some clients were very rude and sometimes felt like I was being harassed. Was expected to work odd hours and deal with situations that wasn't discussed in initial interview.

Family and fun atmosphere, care about their employees well-being, supportive at work and away.

Cons

Working outside in the rain, snow and extreme heat, but that is the nature of the job, being outside instead of a warehouse.
