Pros
They can be helpful only when unwanted customers or homeless personals come in stores disturbing businesses. we just dont feel very comfortable when the guides try to disturb our business when they should be doing their job correctly.
Cons
Guide people lurking around and making customers and business employees feel uncomfortable. We just dont need more creepy vibe around stores when we have enough problem with bad customer and homeless people.
