      Pros

      I think Block by Block is by far the best company I've worked for in my 37 years. I truly believe in what they stand for as a company and how they treat their employees. They are truly concerned with moral, culture and training. They are the first employer I've seen hire for personality and train for skill. They invest in their employees and promote from within!

      Pros

      As an full time employee of Block By Block, I have never had any issues with the staff at my location. I would recommend any all of my friends to seek us out for a job in any state that we have a location.

      Pros

      Got to work outside in the summer heat, removing tags, and clean up snow in the cold of winter.

      Cons

      Small water bottles provided by the company to keep us hydrated in the summer, about the only con worth mentioning.
