Pros

Lunch is provided every Friday and free yoga classes are every Tuesday and Thursday.

Cons

The owner is very eccentric and has MANY big ideas but all the ideas are too grand. For example, he wants to build a smart high-tech city, has bought 4 bunkers for cold storage, bought a bank in Las Vegas, and so much more. The owner has ALOT of money and has decided to take on 7-8 major challenges, all in varying industries. Many of the projects have been suspended because there are so many challenges. I believe the owner wants to focus on fewer projects.

Pros

You may work with professional team members

Cons

Almost everything goes wrong because of bad management. And if the manager is good, the top managers will fire him. If the manager is bad then he will be fired also :) Expect chaos! No strategy that lasts for 2 years. No plan that lasts for few months. Working employees are not appreciated. For example, you may work for 1 or 2 years in the company and then a stupid new manager can say about you that he is not sure about your performance, while that manager's performance is really bad and he is not even able to understand the technologies you are working on! The company is called Blockchains. But most of the management and business people do not understand what is the benefits of a blockchain and what is the benefits of decentralization. They may laugh if you say 'cryptocurrency' thinking they are clever while they are not able to understand such a thing because of their stupidity! Add to this that it seems that people who stay long are those who make trouble for others. So, they prepare the papers on who to blame when they fail later. Instead of prepare for success. If you resign from the company later. There is a very low possibility that they will try to stop you. This happens only if you are working on a demo that they want to show soon to the top management. The higher possibility is that they will encourage you to resign!
