Employee’s are the best, they treat you with respect and do not backstab you.

Cons

Managerial positions are unqualified and need to stop pretending like they know what their doing. (Except for the dev Dept.) I’ve seen highly intelligent and qualified personnel leave already and it sucks. People who truely contributed toward the company leave while people who are just here for a paycheck keep pretending. A lot of broken promises as well as going back on their word mainly editing it later per say.

It's not just marketing -- he really wants to do it. It's a diverse group of coworkers... and everyone has a voice. Health insurance -- United Health Care. All three local hospitals are in network. The founder has a vision unlike any other. Every day, we get to work toward returning power to individuals through blockchain technology. If you love startup atmospheres where you can contribute and be recognized for your contribution at the highest levels, then Blockchains LLC is the place for your. Incredible vision and incredible opportunity.

Cons

All startups lack structure, especially in the earliest stages. Some people thrive in that atmosphere and some do not. That's ok! The pace is fast and the structure is not like a mature corporation. But every day, we get better.
