Nice building- plenty of parking

It’s a sham company, with no product. It’s just about the dream of a rich attorney to be the CEO of a tech company; it’s nothing like a tech company! Technical staffs are the second class citizens here. The pay is subpar for the area and there are no promotion opportunities. The company runs by a bunch of inexperienced people who only know how to say yes to the CEO. They constantly cover their incapability and poor management skills with threats of kicking you out as if there is no other tech company in the world. Your job security has no meaning in this cave. Working here is stressful, to say the least. Unless you are trapped here by circumstance, I don't recommend working at this company.

The people you will work with are awesome. Benefits and perks are on-par.

Cons

There is no consistency or stability. They will hire someone and declare their position obsolete months later. Unrealistic expectations from C-level.

Great people in non-management positions Good pay

They treat employees like they are slaves They have said if you work here you are our property Complaints filed have been taken directly to the person who they complained against There is a major problem with nepotism in the company Employees are constantly told you should feel lucky to work for us, while being disrespected constantly. Any attempts to improve the workflow or company are shot down and told another department is handling it, even if they aren’t.
