Pros

You will not find a more worthwhile mission. I’m so proud to share with family and friends what I do for a living…I work to cure cancer. Pay and benefits are great, and work environment is pleasant. Bold goal with supping strategic plan is inspiring. The future is bright for LLS.

Cons

Large organization so it’s difficult to get to know everyone.

So sad to see it fall apart

Pros

Flexibility and benefits Incredible mission so you feel like you’re making a real difference

Cons

It’s sad to see how a culture that took many years to create was just starting to take shape with DEI and an emphasis on inclusivity, authentic leaders who had empathy and understanding, and major inroads in developing talent. But new leadership came in and wiped it all away in an instant.
