The product works and has lots of growth opportunities in this market. People are friendly.

Cons

Everyone hates the CEO. No one believes in the management anymore. In my first all hands the CEO was talking about going public at $100 per share, in my last all hands he was trying to blame everyone else for the stock price which is at $3 now.
