      - Process-based atmosphere. - Hard work is recognized. - Able to adapt quickly to change. - Good people.

      - Schedule runs 9-5, so need to take time off for doc visits, bank visits, etc.

      Work is simple and it's easy to slack off and get by if that's what you're looking for.

      Cons

      Terrible management politics. College degree required, but I've used 0% of my college knowledge in the 8 months I've been here so far. No culture, teamwork, investment in work. Not a good place for ambitious people.
