      The majority of the coworkers are nice and easy to get along with are wonderful.

      Cons

      Well once you are exposed to their world you come to realize the company isn't very "special"at all, lacks organization and most importantly INTEGRITY. With Bloom Energy everything that glitter isn't gold. Nothing special about the culture or environment. There is complete favoritism at this here on many levels. For those with a real career, you would definitely have to lower your standards if you decide to work here.

      Cons

      Too many departments and managers, with lack of communications between each departments. Manager favors certain employees. Performance review is based on how well your manager likes you, and not by the work you did.
