      had an all hands and I'm proud to work here. The work is interesting place is clean comfortable people in my area are cool to work with. you can have a career here techs get promoted. management is cool too brings new work passionate people

      food is tough to get no cafeteria. some people complain too much. you wont find a better place except if you retire some people don't know work

      Like the other people say- free coffee.

      Cons

      Upper management likes to put every worker in fear that you can be fired at any minute. The only way to be converted is to wear skinny jeans and have a beard or what really gets you in is work on the plant managers personal house. If your a women stay away they push them out as fast as they come in and Hr does nothing .(come on Hr and your women) . The turnover is extremely high and will continue until you remove upper management . California really needs to investigate upper management due to the firing of the females and the treatment of employees . Managers are non-visible on the floor and hide at their desk or in their offices . Most of the supervisor are bullies or complete morons that they continue to move around to different departments because they continue to screw up . Stay away
