      This company has good employees (excellent talent acquisition) Fair enough compensation Global exposure New product, so unique Interesting technology Good management

      Cons

      Long working hours Pressure from managers (R&D also operates in production mode) No proper induction program If you work as a fresher here, you will not get any opportunity outside due to very unique product

      Very Biased Against Hiring Contractors Fulltime.

      Pros

      Fantastic product. There is is plenty of innovation at Bloom Energy. Fast pace working environment keeps the competent employees on their feet. Immediate co-workers were amazing in terms of being uplifting and understanding of when you need personal time off.

      Cons

      Still being a contractor when having a degree in engineering after two years employed at the company is abhorrent. There is a very large disparity of the treatment of contractors at Bloom Energy compared to the full time employees. Contractors rarely get invited to full time employee events such as break room dinners after all hands events and company picnics. It is also very difficult to move up in the company if you are a contractor regardless of engineering education background or years of employment to the company. There can be a lot more room for competency in upper management in regards to meeting end of quarter deadlines with most customer shipments always being delayed until the last few weeks of each quarter. I learned a lot at bloom and easily found a job offering 20K more a year than I was as a contractor at Bloom Energy.

      no canteen no commute allowance increments are less promotions take time working hours are stretched
