Management treats you like crap, rates you based on your compliance (you better not voice an opinion or call out any wrongs you notice or you’re viewed as a problem), not your ability. Also cancer dust! The entire place is just filled with silica dust that infiltrates EVERYTHING. It causes breathing issues and sinus infections. It is literally everywhere. And no it isn’t safe, regardless of what they say.
