Pros

The Company itself seems to be a good company. Working at Bloom Energy would not be too bad if you didn't have to go into the company as a contractor. (required for almost all employees)

Cons

The amount of favoritism is unbearable. Management is not the greatest, although they do seem to organize themselves accordingly. Bad hours: based on California's work hours. Little to no career opportunities and advancement opportunities. Go in as an assembly technician and you'll be in for a treat.

Pros

The technology is really interesting. The people that work here at the plant are very cordial and try to help each other .

Cons

Making 15 an hour for what is definitely at least a 22 an hour job, working through a temp agency not having any timetable of when or if you might actually become a Bloom employee. No vacation, holiday pay. To get health insurance would take about 75% of what I bring home weekly.

Pros

Very smart people working on amazing projects to advance the technology and eventual IPO

Cons

Fragmented vision, management has shifting priorities that aren't clearly communicated. Most employees spend a majority of their time fighting fires without clear communication of what the big picture is or how they can affect positive change in the organization. Lots of politics in upper management that sometimes will have people making changes to the detriment of the organization for their own gains or to serve their own agendas.
