I had 1 lead and 3 managers who were sexist and misogynists. The lead only got fired because he bullied multiple people & many had already complained about him. He had at least 5+ incidents where he was racist or talked down on / made fun of women. I don’t know why it took that long. It just shows they don’t care about women. A manager was trying to keep the situation on the DL and he even retaliated. Another manager makes every woman I’ve met super uncomfortable. He walks up to many woman just to flirt while they’re working. It’s especially gross when he is behind you. Another manager would say things like “I don’t think you can handle it because you’re not a guy” All of this was reported but they clearly care more about protecting their sexist & racist management because they’ve never received any consequences.
