Good technology that could really serve in the energy sector if the initial fuel source is available (e.g. natural gas)

Cons

Top-down culture with an overly arrogant leadership team. Decisions are made without consulting subject matter experts and are expected to be executed without question. The workplace does not feel secure, with frequent layoffs occurring without clear communication or justification. There are also serious concerns regarding discrimination based on gender and ethnicity.

Good Leadership CEO's vision about clean energy

Cons

There is hype being created about the security risks and freaking everyone out, but not actually fixing anything. At the same time, The new preferred “only” vendor is both grading the system and selling the fix, which can easily skew things in favour of their preferred products and services The contractors are acting like they have go-ahead to blow millions on a full infrastructure redo—even though it’s not even needed IT leadership got zero experience and clue on what he’s doing. He’s pushing current staff out and bringing in his incompetent people, completely skipping the usual hiring procedures. It comes off as self-serving, biased, and shows zero concern for the team’s well-being It’s not exactly a great spot for IT professionals. The executives don’t really get how IT works or why it matters. Job security’s shaky, and a lot of promises never pan out. I wouldn’t advise anyone jumping on the IT team

technology is good and AI is helping propel the stock. When the bubble bursts there is no backup plan. OR if SMRs become reality, it’s all a train wreck

Arrogant ceo and all LT. all they care about is sales. No culture or values. HR is garbage
