Pros

it's a job in and helping making progress in the renewable industry sector - some smart and dedicated people there to work with

Cons

TERRIBLE culture - zero accountability (for missing targets or even not doing your job) ... if you're part of the good old boys club / tribe - definitely a two class system ... going back to culture ... poor Upper management skills ... going back to the comment on ''perks and all'' this is for employees working ''in the Tower'' (ivory tower AKA Bloom's headquarters) ... employees whom actually have been working from home for 1.5 years and now come twice / week (because it's ''mandatory'') ... if that ... to the office ... the rest of the company who hasn't been so lucky to be able to ''work from home'' but had to commute to work every single day during that period of time (gas price / looking after kids during pandemic and other ''non-perks'' come to mind) ... has got what ???? a standing ovation and clap of hands from the Big Wiggs at the all hands quarterly meeting ... nice .. thanks ... I am sure they all felt very valued !!!

Bad place for early career

Pros

Interesting tech, free Starbucks coffee

Cons

Project requirements were vague and arbitrary, had a difficult time getting input from coworkers, management looking for people to blame for problems. Company leadership made bad decisions to appease investors, pressured employees into buying stock, had mandatory PTO days.

We are proud of our ability to share the company’s success with our employees, but no one should ever feel pressured to participate in our internal stock purchasing program. We are happy to share this feedback with the appropriate teams based on your shared role and location. Thanks again. - HR Jen

Pros

I can truly say there is nothing good about this place. It's operates like a start-up.

Cons

Do not work here. Even if they offer you a lot of money. The CEO has everyone afraid of him as the environment is ruled by intimidation and fear. HR does whatever he says even if it's unethical. He pretends he is going to be the "Steve Jobs" of energy yet the company has been in operation for 20 years with no real profit.
