Cons

Lots of attrition; no clear direction from CEO or upper management. The vision of the company keeps changing...short sighted...no long term goals. Solution is still very expensive compared to other renewable technologies out there

Majority of the people within the organization is friendly and enjoys partnering cross-functionally to innovate. There are developmental opportunities available for those wishing to grow in their career by pursuing education. Flexible work schedule and no general strict time schedule as long as projects are completed in a timely manner.

Cons

Developing general SOPs for day to day which could help efficiency. Hybrid schedule worked well for many and had an impact on many employees when shifted back to in office.
