Terrible management, HR, favoritism that only gives promotions to those who are considered favorites to get opportunities in advancement while the actual good workers get nothing.

Hostile work environment, leadership does not have the relevant knowledge, skills and abilities to carry out tasks aligned with their role. Leadership turns a blind eye to compliance and hostile work environment. It is very political.

They have talented engineers and dedicated operations team

Cons

I have been with the company for close to eight years now. I have never seen such a big gap between executives and the rest of the company. It's the new culture of the company. Their quality team is big with different branches but no one knows what they are working on. People constantly comment on cost reduction by reducing the number of people in the quality team since they don't contribute much. The HR team also needs to engage in hearing the employees rather than forcing the decisions made behind closed doors.
