Pros
This company offers so many more opportunities in terms of career growth and compensation than what I have seen from most other tech and energy companies, at least on the sales development side of things. We help new hires hit the ground running within a couple weeks of hiring into the company, and once you demonstrate a level of consistent, high performance then the chances of advancement are strong. Despite the enterprise level of sales, the product is so unique that it basically sells itself; and once you gain a strong understanding of the industry and company, hitting quota is quite achievable on a quarter-to-quarter basis. I can't think of a reason why anyone wouldn't want to progress their career here
