Pros

The pay was solid $25 back in 2022 when I started Times fly by because your so busy 4 day work week 3 breaks two 15min breaks. One 30min break

Cons

They up the pace of production to be more “efficient” we use make 22 fuel cells a day they up to like 30-35 plus maybe even more. If they could find a way to save 2-3 minutes and be faster they will and add that to the total to squeeze one more out of you guys now you up to 36 fuel cells a day You have to wait and be selected before you are a full time employee it called “turning green” and there is no time table it could 3 months 6months or whatever, it took me over a year to “turn green” no benefits until you “turn green” it the politic game get cool with the right people my advice Not that much Overtime opportunities No cell phones No AirPods No food/snack/water/ candy on the “floor” Side note : I once got a talking to for giving somebody so gummi bears that ask for some.. smh
