Pros

The engineering teams are filled with passionate, highly competent individuals who genuinely care about solving complex problems. Collaboration at the peer level is a bright spot, and there's a strong sense of mission and ownership within technical groups.

Cons

I completely agree with the other reviews of HR. Unfortunately, my overall experience was also overshadowed by the HR department's lack of people-centered leadership. While HR should serve as a bridge between employees and management, I often found it to be a barrier instead. Interactions frequently felt transactional and impersonal—like HR was more focused on protecting the company than supporting the people who help it thrive. There was little evidence of active listening or genuine empathy, especially during moments when engineers were navigating challenges. What’s more concerning is that HR seemed disengaged from the actual pulse of the organization. When issues were raised, the default response was often deflection rather than resolution. This created a sense of futility among employees when it came to voicing concerns. During my exit interview, I hoped to share constructive feedback and reflect on my experience. Instead, I was met with judgment and a dismissive tone that suggested my decision to leave was viewed as a personal failure rather than an opportunity for mutual learning. It was a disheartening way to close out what had otherwise been a meaningful chapter of my career.
