Pros
- good entry level starting salary - great training program (over 2 months of classroom training on finance on their software platform during your fist year ) - good career progression opportunities - great brand name - amazing offices - you get access to a Bloomberg terminal! - smart and nice people
Cons
- older tech company (crazy growth years are behind it. The industry as a whole is mature now.) - more rigid work culture then younger tech companies (e.g. you wear a suit to work ) - highly structured (some people prefer this, for me it was a negative ) - no equity
